If you are reffering to The Return of the King, my favorite part would be the wedding and crowning of King Elessar.

I personally, liked the way Jackson made Lothlorien look,it was, along with the scene in Moria, "an eye opener no doubt"

Lothlorien was breathtaking, I loved the way Peter Jackson made the Forest look. It was beautiful.

I really liked the way he made the steps go up around the trees and well the trees themselves were huge. He made Lorien seem kind of magical or something like that. I also liked the beginning of the ""Fellowship" when they had The alliance of Elves and Men on one side and the Orcs on the other. I liked when the Elves were shooting their arrows and you could see the Orcs falling.

i have to say, seeing lothlorien was quite spectacular! But i think TROTK left out my favourite scene of all. I reckon they should have left the ending in where they are on the boats and u see the silver glass curtains and the white shores of valinor.
Other than that, it must be the extended version of TTT where gimli is sitting on an orcs body counting his killings and at 43 and legolas counts his at 42...i wont spoil it if u havent seen it, but those who have will know the rest. lol
