Elves of Lothlorien: Ranks and Positions
Lady of Lothlórien - Misstress of Haldir (Kinship Leader)
Charged with the overall maintains, and well being of the Kinship. Ultimately responsible for the actions of the Kinship, and contact with other Kinship Leaders. Sits on the High Council.
Steward of Lothlórien - Eärendur
Oversees direct operations on the Kinship. Right below Kinship leader in responsbilty. Heads up the High Council with Kinship Leader. Assists with contacting other Kinship Leaders. He is also in charge of the Guild of Ambassadors. Sits on the High Council.
Guild of Ambassadors
They are in charge of the relations with other Kinships and will play a big role in the future of warfare that our kinship will have.

Marshal of Lothlórien - Elfhelm (Marshal of the Galadhrim/Militia)
Oversees the Kinship Militia. In charge of training, and mustering the militia in an emergency. Defence of the Kinship lays in their hands. Sits on the High Council.

Overall defence of the Kinship lies in their hands.
Recruiting Master of Lothlórien - Elindrel
Charged with recruitment of new members, posting on the official forums and MEOSource's forums about the kinship, and officially welcomes all new members to the Kinship. Sits on the High Council.
Webmaster - Caprix
Oversees running, maintaining of the website and forums. Must be able to make WebPages in Flash and HTML, as well as run forums. Works together with the Recruiting Master.
Guardian of Lothlórien - Caprix
The Guardian is actually a person who tries to help where needed. He is also in charge of solving problems and he is Engineer of Lothlórien. Sits on the High Council.

The Kinship Council consists of 6 members who have no other positions. They oversee all other matters the High Council does not do, such as enforcing laws and such. It has 1 elected member who sits on the High Council. Makes lesser decisions that still have a great effect on the impact of the Kinship. The Steward will sit on this Council, and attend its meetings they have, and serve as the tie-breaker in the event of one. The Head of The Kinship Council will be voted on once all positions are filled.
