Actually if you are using the term "Ring Bearer" in its full context then there are three here you can choose.

another easy one. ( there are two answers here ;D he hee he hee) Actually there is more than one "Ring Bearer." Obivously Sauron being one, Isildur, Gollum, Bilbo, Frodo, and Sam. Sam was the last to leave Middle Earth when he went to the Grey Havens.

Sam never left Middle Earth! And in this context there are 4 Ring Bearers.
Frodo, Sam and Bilbo referring to the one ring and Gandalf referring to Narya
(Note: Sam carried the ring but for as far as is known never really wore it.)
but infact the term Ring Bearer was following me only ment to appoint Frodo for he carried it as a burdon. And not like the other owners of rings or anything. So it is Frodo!!!
