Note: by joining the Council (here called the lower council) you have a chance of getting into the High Council to. When the Council is full a Chief Councillor will be chosen by the Council and by the High Council. This person will sit in the High Council.

I wouldnt really call it the lower council. It makes it sound like nothin, and it is a big part of the kinship.

Also maybe with Elhelm being the leader we have a Warriors Counsil or somethin. Ya know for the leaders to discuss there affairs to other war leaders instead of polititians. (I don't think I spelled it right ;D)

Whit politicians do you then mean the High Council? If so I would think you are saying that we know less of war than those who are in the army. Believe me but I am an Elve of great strategy and I have it in me to turn almost every battle to my hand. If you want to play a RTS game once against me let me know . (Note: some RTS games give a bad representation and make units harder to handle, and harder to bring units discipline. The best RTS games are if you ask me not out on games but more expensive and therefore not played > I once saw something on TV about it and that was what I called kewl. It really made one feel like a General or something.)

I think that the high council should be able to discuss war strategies with us, and I think that more people from the Galadhrim should be able to also.

Well war strategies are really a dangerous thing if they come in to the open so we would have to talk about that topic in the Caras Galadhon part. I have already proposed that the Generals, the Captains and the Council would be able to talk in Caras Galadhon. I hope it gets approved that way we are able to communicate more private.

I did ask Caprix if I could put some war stratagies in Caras Galadhon but he said he couldn't give out the password so I couldn't put them down. Oh, I am not calling the High Counsil stupid or anything I just think that Elfhelm, the General, and captians should haave a counsil to talk amongst themselves. Thats all. I am for the idea of Captians and generals should be allowed in Caras Galadhon. I just wander what goes on in there and what you talk about.

well that is a secret but I would not want those War counsils to be a secret for me. For I am a pretty good strategist and my thaughts go deep into a problem or thing, I also know much. (I hope you noticed

Yup, if we told ya what we talked about in there then what would be the point of not letting anyone in. And I think we should have a council with the generals and the high council.

It looks like we will be counceling alot when the game has started, lets not do this to much. I would suggest a meeting when we need it and a meeting that is heald every month or something. And in time of war we will have more meetings of course.
