Stopping Raszgal turned saying "It's not far. We will make it before night fall if we leave now, and there's enough beds for all of us."

The others soon followed. Into the wood, untill the light from the sun no longer shown. Only there steady breathing and quiet hums from Caprix's song he was singing the night before. They came to wide opening but even here nothing could be seen. The air grew chilly and suddenly all sound ceased. Raszgal silently turned around and nodded. The others knew what the nod ment. Raszgal drew her bow and aimed high into the trees. The sound of the arrow taking flight and the snap of the bow string filled the opening. Then from above a hiss. as the sound of something falling grew swiftly. Then there infront of Raszgal the spider from the tree tops, a child of shelob lay dead. With its dieing breath a screech filled the forest.

Quickly glancing around, and shooting another arrow through a beasts head, Anil-Galia agreed, "It would be very wise indeed."
(Sorry it took a while to say something, I've been slow on checking my hotmail, and the boards.)

One by one they began running through the woods. Untill Raszgal was at the back. Taking one last shot before running she pierced the spiders eye. In its bloodrage it ran much faster than the other spiders after Raszgal. "Go hurry to my aunt's house, I shall meet you there." She ran off into the woods with the spider following not just a few feet behind. The group of elves headed down the path untill the spiders were no longer heard behind them.

Once they reached her aunts house they knocked on the door and an young looking women answered the door ( but then we all know elves, they might look 20 or 30 but they are realy thousands of years old.) Vedin quikly asked "Where is Raszgal. is she hear." Then her aunt said "No but shouldn't she be with you" "No" replied Vedin "She ran off into the woods when we were being chased by the children of Shelob to lure them away. she said we would meet her here."

Aladwen looked up from her place at the table, Razsgal's aunt was talking to the travellers, but something seemed wrong. She walked up to the door to speak to the travellers, "I am Aladwen Elenathiel of Lorien, if there is any trouble, I would like to help."

Raszgals aunt Shilen warmly invited the travelers in and lit a lantern on the front of the house. "Raszgal will be fine, she will be here later tonight. Come with me you must be tiered from your trip." Walking up the first flight of stairs Shilen showed the travllers there rooms and prepared the table for dinner. Aladwen had been here a while and helped Shelin. Soon they were ready and the party of elves sat at what seemed to be a kings table. It was very large and round. With food all over the table. Other elves from the houses came in and sat down. Shilen explaned that she was the keeper of an inn. Most of the houses comes to eat here, but do not worrie your arrival has been inticpated. Then from the window a screech was heard. It was Raszgals eagle. It had a note and jumpped over to Shilen she took the note and put the bird on a small stand.

Shilen said "We are fine for the moment." Running into her bedroom, she opened a floorboard, reviling a mithril long sword. She then quickly put leather armour over her clothes and tightened it. Comming back into the tavern area, she nodded her head. The others also drew their weapons. She quickly ran out the door with the others following.

After the battle raszgal came from the woods with scratches and cuts all over her face and arm. Her clothes had been tattered, and torn. A trail of blood followed her. Looking at the group she said I've made it. Then collapsed. They quickly brought her inside, Shilen tended to the wounds while the others waited down stairs. Talking, of what to do next.
